Coyar Turizm Sağlık Hizmetleri İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Coyar”) processes your personal data as data controller within the scope described below, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
We process the name, company, email address, phone number and message content you share through the contact form, as well as the IP address, browser information and time of visit collected automatically when you visit the website.
Your personal data is processed to respond to your requests and enquiries, to conduct proposal and collaboration processes, to carry out communication activities, to ensure the security of the website and to fulfil legal obligations.
Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website and server logs, based on the legal grounds of “establishment or performance of a contract”, “legitimate interest of the data controller” and, where required, “explicit consent” as set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.
Your personal data may be transferred only to authorised public institutions where legally required and to the hosting providers we use, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 2 years after your request is concluded; server logs are retained for 2 years as required by applicable legislation. At the end of these periods the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties; to object to results arising against you from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing to our company address or to info@coyarinsaat.com, together with documents verifying your identity. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
