Our Story
The same care from foundation to roof.
Our company was founded in Kartal, Istanbul in 2023, when years of experience in construction and tourism took corporate form. In 2026 it reached its current strength as Coyar İnşaat, Oyar İnşaat and Saliha Bayrakoğlu İnşaat merged into it with all their assets and liabilities. From day one we have worked by a single principle: every building is a promise made to the people who will live and work in it.
From housing estates to office and commercial buildings, from industrial facilities to roads and infrastructure, we manage projects of every scale through every phase — feasibility, design, permits, execution and handover — with our own engineering and site teams. Our approved supplier network and multi-layered quality control keep every detail under control, from materials to workmanship.
Today Coyar, with a strong corporate structure, contractual discipline and a deep-rooted safety culture, is a trusted contracting partner for public and private investors and keeps growing in hotel management and health tourism.
